Besa Dodaj Ferizi is an economist specializing in Management and Information Technology , holding a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Pristina. With over 20 years of experience in public finance, administrative management, and strategic planning, she possesses recognized expertise in budgeting, financial compliance, and internal control.

She has held key positions in major Kosovo institutions, such as UNMIK , the Kosovo Trust Agency , and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy , where she was responsible for administration, supervision, and management of active labour market programs. Since 2019, she has been the Director of the Budget and Finance Division at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, overseeing budget planning, accounting management, financial reporting, and institutional compliance.

With a broad background of over 30 national and international courses (EU, IKAP, UNDP, MEF, MFPT), she has developed advanced skills in internal control, risk management, auditing, public finance and organizational leadership.

Today, she puts her professionalism and sense of rigor at the service of the private sector as Compliance Manager at OIS Finance , where she ensures compliance with standards, financial transparency and alignment of operations with national and international regulations.
