An architect and engineer with a degree from the University of Pristina, he has over 25 years of experience in urban planning, architecture, and project management . A former executive at the Pristina Municipality's Urban Planning Department, he possesses extensive expertise in site supervision, technical analysis, issuing building permits, and coordinating with public institutions.
He has directed and supervised numerous public and private projects: schools, sports infrastructure, residential and commercial buildings, as well as international projects in Switzerland, Belgium and Sweden.
With solid skills in management, architectural design and urban analysis, he now heads the OIS Imo department , ensuring quality, technical compliance and professional monitoring of real estate projects.
