A word from Director Blerim Ferizi
Originally from Kosovo and deeply attached to my homeland, I had the opportunity to live and work for several years in Switzerland—a country where organization, rigor, and long-term vision are integral to economic and social success. This experience, enriching on a human and professional level, allowed me to gain perspective on Kosovo's economic situation and understand its challenges, but also its immense potential.
Over time, I have seen the country evolve, progress, and rebuild, all while still facing structural and institutional obstacles. From this observation, a conviction was born: Kosovo needs strong initiatives, rooted in competence, transparency, and value creation, to ensure sustainable and sovereign development.
It is with this in mind that OIS Finance was born - a company founded on the desire to do, to contribute and to build. My ambition is simple but determined: to create wealth for the development of Kosovo , by offering first-rate financial services , by surrounding myself with experienced professionals from high finance , and by placing ethics and performance at the heart of our actions.
OIS Finance 's mission is to facilitate, support and boost value creation for the State of Kosovo, its institutions and private stakeholders . We aim to be a driving force, a bridge between local opportunities and international standards.
Beyond economic and financial development, my goal is also to create skilled jobs in Kosovo and promote the training of young talents, in order to strengthen local skills and build a generation capable of carrying the country's future with confidence and excellence.
Our initial presence in Kosovo will be followed by a gradual expansion into the main capitals of the Balkan Peninsula , in order to strengthen regional cooperation and extend our expertise. Naturally, OIS Finance will also expand its services internationally , building strong partnerships with European and global markets.
With passion, rigor and perseverance, we wish to lay the foundations for responsible, innovative and ambitious finance , serving the sustainable development of our country and its recognition on the international scene.
